My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, quiet, and spacious, feeling almost brand new, making my stay much better than my previous visit. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a great time exploring. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the SMN train station and close to all the attractions. The dining experience was good, enjoying authentic dishes, although starting breakfast a bit earlier would have been nice.
My stay at the hotel was just what I needed on my journey along the via Francigena. The rooms, although not spacious, were very clean and comfortable. The service was wonderful and the staff were always helpful and friendly. The location couldn't have been better, being just a 5-minute walk from Firenze SMN. The dining options were simple but sufficient. Overall, a great choice for a convenient and comfortable stay.
I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were big, spacious, and modern, with the tastiest coffee made with passion. The staff was so lovely and always went out of their way to make my stay perfect. The location in the city was excellent, only a few minutes away from major spots on foot, but I did feel it was a bit sterile.
